Pricing

Priced against the size of the problem.

Two ways to work with PayQuery: your firm runs matters on the platform, or PayQuery runs the engagement for you. Engagement fees scale with employee-years — the unit that actually predicts reconstruction effort — never with hours.

Where we're at: PayQuery is working with a small number of founding firms while we validate the platform against real matters. The numbers below show how pricing is shaped — every engagement still starts with a conversation, not a self-serve checkout, while we're at this stage.

Coverage

Awards & enterprise agreements

You never pay for coverage — you pay for verification speed. The award library grows free for every subscriber; enterprise agreements are client-specific documents, so verifying one is priced per instrument.

Verified award library — every seeded modern award, clause-cited and updated at each annual wage review. New awards join the library free for all subscribers. Included
Priority award verification — need an award we haven't seeded? We verify it against the Fair Work documents and it jumps the queue. One fee, then it's in the library for everyone — you're paying for the verification labour, never for the award. $4,000 one-off
Enterprise agreement — self-serve — upload the EA, extraction assists, and your firm reviews and approves every rule before anything is priced. You own the verification; the platform enforces that nothing unapproved touches a figure. Included
Enterprise agreement — verified onboarding — we do the extraction, clause-by-clause verification and rate anchoring; you approve the result. Priced per instrument, by complexity. from $3,500

EAs are build-once-use-once by definition — that's why they carry a fee each time while awards don't. In a direct engagement, instrument verification is already inside the quote.

Or we run it for you

Direct engagements — quoted, not metered

PayQuery quantifies the exposure and hands you the defensible figure: rule verification for your instrument, shift-by-shift reconstruction, reconciliation against what was actually paid, and a clause-cited remediation report. The estimate below shows how a quote is built.

Indicative engagement estimate$—
Indicative estimate — final quote confirmed after data-quality triage

Estimates are indicative only and exclude GST. Every engagement is quoted after a look at the actual data — the number above is the shape of the quote, not a contract.

The sanity rule: the fee is always checked against found liability. A five-figure fee against six figures of quantified, clause-cited exposure defends itself — and if your matter turns out small, we'll say so and point you at the per-matter plan instead.
