Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of PayQuery, operated by Tokoloshe.ai ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.
What PayQuery is
PayQuery is a tool that recalculates wage entitlements from data you provide and shows the working behind each figure. It is a calculation and analysis tool to support professional judgement.
Professional reliance — important
PayQuery assists your analysis; it does not replace professional judgement or legal advice. Outputs depend on the data you provide and the interpretations you choose and approve. You are responsible for verifying figures and for the conclusions you draw and act on. Award and agreement rules supplied as starting points are unverified until your firm reviews and approves them; the firm that approves an interpretation is responsible for it.
Your responsibilities
- You have the right to upload the data you provide and to use it for the recalculation.
- You keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity under them.
- You use the service lawfully and not to attempt to access another firm's data.
Data
You retain ownership of the data you upload. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Each firm's data is isolated from other firms.
Fees
Fees for an engagement are as agreed with us in writing. Self-serve subscription billing is not currently offered; engagements are invoiced as agreed.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or maintain the service from time to time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited. This clause must be drafted by a lawyer — it interacts with the Australian Consumer Law and with your professional indemnity position. Do not publish the placeholder.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
